Will Arnold run for Governor again?!
Exciting news Arnold fans! Rumours are arife that Arnold may not be running for a second term as Governor, and may well be making a return to the golden screen once again!
The following was reported at TheArnoldFans.com, after Arnold fan ABKing wrote them:
"It seems Arnie will definitely NOT run again for Governor... he won't have time for a second term! It seems that Tom Arnold has confirmed rumours that Schwarzenegger will be one of the leads in James Cameron's next BIG budget film...whatever it is! Schwarzenegger will make a huge comeback once he's out of governorship! This news came from DarkHorizons.com:
Talking on WLW 700AM radio, Tom Arnold spoke about a potential sequel to the 1994 James Cameron action comedy - "It's a matter of finding the right time, right place, and right story - something not so violent. Jim Cameron's going to be involved, but he's too busy preparing another movie for Arnold - something real big - so he might only have a supervisory (?) role. Definitely happening soon.
Also, Arnie is very popular these days making 4 covers in the last month. He is now on the cover of a magazine called Wired. In it, there is a two page article on politics and how well Arnie is doing as Governor. Glad to see everyone knows he's doing great for CA!".
Arnold fan Shannon also writes in:
"I heard that interview with Tom Arnold. He didn't say much at all really, it was mainly about sports, but yeah, he did say Arnold told him time and time again that he's definitely not finished with films. He wants to do Total Recall 2 , T4 and the True Lies sequel - which seems to get Arnold wet every time he talks about it. (Can't blame him I suppose.... Soul Plane was a joke)."
Let's hope this is true! True Lies 2 would kick ass, and Arnold needs to take a leading role in T4!!
Arnold kicks Sly's ass!
ABKing:
“Looks like Arnie's one man army John Matrix (Commando) just beat out Stallone's John Rambo (Rambo) in a 'Battle of the Movie Soldiers' poll. Do I smell COMMANDO II in the works? I got this from the StalloneZone website who got the poll from Maxim magazine:
Arnold Schwarzenegger has beaten Sylvester Stallone in a men's magazine battle to find the best movie soldier.
The California Governor's COLONEL JOHN MATRIX character in 1985's COMMANDO beat Stallone's JOHN RAMBO in MAXIM magazine's Cinema Soldier Showdown poll.”
