Bobblehead Agreement & Vote T-Files!

Arnold has settled a lawsuit against the Ohio firm that produces the ‘Governator' bobblehead dolls!

As we told you back on May 1st, Ohio Discount Merchandise, run by brothers Todd and Toby Bosley, produced one thousand Governator bobbleheads, with the image of Arnold in a suit with an ammo belt and a machine gun strapped to his chest.

Arnold was none too happy when he heard about it, and took out a lawsuit preventing the brothers from making or selling anymore of the dolls, suing Ohio Discount Merchandise Inc. in April. However, under a new agreement, Ohio Discount can produce Schwarzenegger-the-politician dolls - without the gun. The $19.99 US dolls will be available online, a statement from the company said.

Ohio Discount also agreed to donate a portion of sales to Schwarzenegger's non-profit Arnold's All-Stars after-school program in Los Angeles .

"We're very happy with the settlement, and we look forward to the release of the new Arnold Schwarzenegger bobblehead doll," said Todd Bosley, co-owner of Ohio Discount.

Schwarzenegger's lawyer Martin Singer said that the Governor was glad to see an end to the unauthorized uses of his image. "And he's happy to see the money going to his charity," Singer said.
