Predator: Definitive Edition!
As we told you LAST MONTH, we noticed that The Terminator had been re-released on DVD, this time as a 'Definitive Edition'.
Unfortunately it was just a re-hash of a previous release. Money making scheme? More than likely.
But then we noticed that FIGHT CLUB had also been re-released as a 'Def Ed'. Cash in? Well yes. But not entirely. It's now in fully uncut status. Hmmm, more to this story perhaps?
Anyway, we've since found other Definitive Edition DVD's. MGM and FOX seem to have teamed up to (re)release some of their greatest movies on DVD as Definitive Editions. One of these is our favourite Arnold beats the alien movie, PREDATOR.
As with T1, this release is the same as the original R2 Predator: Special Edition. Sure it's a money making scam from the production companies, but then again, what's new? But we gotta say, we do like the packaging, very cool!
